This is a picture of Dave (front, centre) with the team he led to Silver Medal success at the B.U.S.A. outdoors in 1998. This was one of his happiest moments, and one of his favourite photographs.

One of Dave's greatest skills was the ability to motivate and inspire people to exceed their own expectations.

He will be remembered by us all as a great friend.
